Delivery & Returns Policy
Free Delivery – Stand Safe / Artex Workwear offer free standard delivery for all orders £150 or more. Excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland and offshore UK islands, where orders of £1000 or more are required for free delivery.
Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 working days from receipt of order.
Standard Delivery Charge is £7.00 (including VAT) to a mainland UK address.
For offshore UK islands, Ireland and Northern Ireland delivery charge is 10% of the order value.
Returns Policy - Stand Safe / Artex Workwear 's returns policy is that if a customer returns goods in an unused/unworn condition, with the original delivery note (as proof of purchase) and the original packaging within 28 days of the original purchase date, Stand Safe / Artex Workwear will offer either a refund or exchange for the goods purchased, however we will not refund any delivery charges unless the goods are proven to be faulty.
If goods are returned due to the customer ordering the wrong size then Stand Safe / Artex Workwear will re-charge the customer for re-delivery.
If goods are returned after the 28 day period, after inspection of the goods Stand Safe / Artex Workwear will offer an exchange only. If no valid reason is found for exchanging/replacing the goods Stand Safe / Artex Workwear will not offer a refund or exchange. Cash refunds cannot be given.

When returning any products you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.
